You’re already almost half-way through the first month of 2017 and don’t have a resolution yet?! Don’t worry! Resolution-making is hard! Here are a couple of our tips to get you started…
Categorize
Instead of totally overhauling one aspect of your life, focus on making smaller changes in multiple areas of your life. One easy example is to pledge to drink more water (body) and only use reusable water bottles (earth).
Start S.M.A.R.T.
This acronym stands for: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-Based. Keep these standards in mind when setting goals or resolutions for yourself to stay on track!
Progress
Instead of setting one big goal for the year, break up your resolution into bite-sized chunks that can be achieved in a shorter amount of time. That way, you can easily measure your progress and stay motivated!
