Soul Flower Return Policy: Refunds are issued after a returned item is received. Returns must be made within 45 days of receipt of your order.
- Returns may only be made on unwashed and unworn product in new condition.
- Regular & Sale merchandise may be returned for a refund or store credit.
- Final Sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges:- We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or replacement product, please place a new order. You can contact us for a free shipping coupon (USA only): yourbuds@soulflower.com

Please note: for US orders, $7.95 will be deducted from your order for using our return label service. This service is not available for international orders. To process an international return, you will need to package and return your order on your own.
